Disco

 

 After school we all went home and get ready for the disco.

Some of my friends went home with me then we got ready for the disco then we went to the disco.Once we got there i brought a slush and popcorn and pizza after that i got a face paint and it took half an hour to get a face paint then me and my friends with on the dance floor then we were geting hungry so we some more pizza and one slushie. then Rubys mum dropped us to my place.
 

Pies posters

 

Today we got to finished our pie posters. My pie is a blueberry raspberry thyme and parsley pie it took me nearly three days to finished my poster my aim was to try to make a good pie Needs blueberry raspberry bolw spoon thyme parsley. Thats what i am using in my pie. check that it taste good and looks good.

Trying herbs

Today we were try herbs for our class.We got to see which herbs we are going to but it in our pie.

first we tasted rosemary it was smokey and crunchy

then we did thyme it was sweet and soft

next we did garlic it was salty and smooth

after that one we did chirves they were spicy and chewy

then we did mustard seeds it sounds quite gross but they were good  there were sour and spiky

next we did oregano it was  crunchy and saty

then we did parsley  it was soft and smokey next we did chilli flakes  they wear spicy and fluffy

next we did mint it was minty and try.

diorama part 2

Today we got finished our diorama.We had to witting in our book and onece we finished decorating in our shoe box.Once you have finishhed our witting then you get to but on your diorama.This is what i writ Kawakawa kawakawa is in the tree family and also in the bush family. kawakawa taste like a fresh peppery taste it is also healthy for you and also a green leaf. kawakawa lives in the northisand and also in new Zealand and in the Forest. kawakawa is use for making some tea it can also take away the pain in your boay it can help with your skin kawakawa can also kill your plants.

Diorama

Last week we made diorama.You can make your own thay are really easy to make and fun too.you can make one with your brother and sister. 1. Get a shoe box 2.Put colour card in you shoe box 3.paint the in side in your box 4.now decorate your box 5.Now all you have to do is let it dry then you are done

waihirere

 

yesterday we went to waihirere for the day.we got to meet sam trap man in took us for a walk up to the waterfall and he told us what we could eat whale we were wallking up tp the waterfall.And onece we finished the walk and gathered everything for some tea which was made out of bush food so i was really impressed that you can make a drink out hot water and bush food.When we were comeing down for the waterfall we found some laves that can make lipbam.

Ships	The ships were used to go to the war and if the people got hurt they would go back to the ships to get better and go back to their home.
weapons	The people that went to the war used weapons to fight the people to win the war. The weapons came in hand sometimes in the war.
soldier	The soldiers stepped up to go to the war so us people could be here today enjoying our life so we have to thank the people that went to war to do that for us.
Anzac cookies	You can make anzac cookies on anzac day and give them to your family and your family might remember the war.
poppies	Poppies are red but in the middle there is a black dot in the middle.poppies are everywhere on a field.
